About the Event
The summer time is a perfect season to get aquainted with the abundance and diversity of fish residing in our Laguna Madre! This event is intended to help kids learn more about the fascinating fish of our Lower Laguna Madre!
Naturalists Educators will help better understand these aquatic animals through indoor instruction time and outdoor activities. We'll take a stroll through our boadwalk that goes alongside the Laguna Madre for the identification of fish with some net casting! After, it's time to get messy with the the traditional and ancient Japanese art form of fish printing called Gyotaku.
Register your children! Your registration ticket covers admission for your child as well as the program fee.
Accompanying adults must pay full price admission fees at entrance doors. Parent/guardian involvement is optional.
