About the Event
Enjoy the beautiful bird life of South Padre Island on a nice and easy morning stroll on our boardwalk through stunning tidal wetlands along the Laguna Madre as well as a freshwater oasis with our Naturalists Educators as your guide. The late spring and early summer season can be a very interesting and cute time of year as our resident birds are busy building nests and raising young! Enjoy all the fun nesting antics and the new baby residents of the wetlands!
For your safety, the tours are limited to 10 participants and the use of masks is encouraged through the tour, but are not mandatory. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
Birding Tours at this time are limitied to students above 13 years of age as well as adults and seniors.
General Admission will be paid seperately upon arrival to the birding and nature center.
Adults: $10
Students 13-18 yrs & Seniors 55+ : $7
