The last birding tour of 2023!!
Enjoy the beautiful bird life of South Padre Island on a nice and easy morning stroll on our boardwalk through stunning tidal wetlands along the Laguna Madre as well as a freshwater oasis with our Naturalists Educators as your guide.
The winter season brings an amazing diversity to our wetlands as northern migratory birds join our resident birds for the season! Enjoy resident and wintering waterfowl, herons, egrets, kingfishers, birds of prey, and wintering and resident songbirds! There is plenty to enjoy along the boardwalk!
For your safety, the tours are limited to 10 participants. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
Birding Tours at this time are limitied to students above 13 years of age as well as adults and seniors.
General Admission will be paid seperately upon arrival to the birding and nature center.
Adults: $10
Students 13-18 yrs & Seniors 55+ : $8

Ticket is valid for guided birding tour and does not include general admission. Admission will be paid upon arrival to the SPI Birding & Nature Center.
