About the Event
Winter Break is right around the corner, and what better way to spend the break than enjoying the outdoors. Join one of our Naturalist Educators as they lead you on a nice and easy stroll on our boardwalk through stunning tidal wetlands along the Laguna Madre as well as a freshwater oasis. The winter season brings an opportunity to see a great diversity and abundance of birds as northern migratory birds join our local resident species for the winter season! Don’t miss out on the best time to be on South Padre Island!
For your safety, the tours are limited to 10 participants. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
This Birding Tour is intended for children 7 to 12 years of age. Parents may check in and drop-off child at the beginning of the event or accompany the child through the tour.
General Admission will be paid separately upon arrival to the Birding Nature Center.
