About the Event
The winter season brings an opportunity to see a great diversity of birds as northern migratory birds join our local resident species for the winter season! Experience the awe-inspiring sight of countless shorebirds, waterfowl, and songbirds as you join one of our Naturalist Educators who will lead you on a nice and easy stroll on our boardwalk through stunning tidal wetlands along the Laguna Madre as well as a freshwater oasis. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to witness the beauty of nature on South Padre Island!
For your safety, the tours are limited to 10 participants. Sanitized binoculars are loaned during the tour.
This Birding Tour is intended for children 7 to 12 years of age. Parents may check in and drop off the child at the beginning of the event or accompany the child through the tour.
General Admission will be paid separately upon arrival at the Birding Nature Center.
